Do we really know why there are some many suffers of this sore and very personal compliant.

Well, to be perfectly honest most people are not really aware why, so I am going to give you a brief summary why and maybe you will want to try my yeast infection home remedy for yourself. Originally known as monilla and now commonly known as candidiasis or yeast infection. It can also be known as oral thrush, oral monilla or oral candidiasis but this depends where you have it on your body. Nearly all of us have it on our bodies especially in the moist areas. What is more, many generally healthy ladies have it in their private parts and are not really aware that they have it.

Although, The woman’s genital area is moist it is usually regarded as a safe place because of the acid found there, but unfortunately this is where the majority of female yeast infections begin. This happens when the friendly bacteria, which is called acidophiles, increases causing an imbalance. Antibiotics are known to be one of the main causes as well as the birth pill and diabetes. Women are more susceptible during pregnancy and their menstruation period.

Now we have looked at some of the things that cause this sore and unpleasant condition. I would like to share my personally tested yeast infection home remedy.

The most commonly known yeast infection home remedy is using live yoghurt. It can be eaten or better still applied locally to the affected area. This yeast infection home remedy is usually done using a tampon with yoghurt on it. In the past I have also tried this but have found an additional remedy to help as well. I use camomile.

The camomile plant has small white flowers with yellow centres, they are similar to daisies in appearance.

I usually buy it in tea bags from the supermarket but if your supermarket does not sell it. Your herbalist will.

Use 2 teabags in a litre of boiling water. It needs to stand or brew for about 30 minutes. Then put it somewhere to cool preferably the fridge Bathe the sore area with the liquid.

You could even buy the dried flowers of the plant and put the in a bowl or the bidet.

Put about 2oz of the dried flowers directly into the bidet. Run the hot tap on them, let the flowers seep for about 30-40 minutes until the liquid is cool enough to sit in. This brings instant relief from the burning pain and irritating itchiness. Do this 3 three times a day for 3 consecutive days.I would also recommend using the yoghurt on tampon method yeast infection home remedy too.

Please also be aware that yeast infections can be passed from person to person very easily. Therefore it is not advisable to use other peoples’ towels and of course it can be transmitted sexually, so if you have it your partner could well have it too.

In some herb shops, camomile is sold as a powder. In this form it can be mixed with water to make a poultice which can the be applied directly to the itchy unpleasant areas.

Please note although camomile is generally safe as a Yeast infection home remedy, people who are allergic to certain things such as ragweed,daisies,asters and chrysanthemums should consult their doctor before using it. It can also affect asthma suffers and cause problems to pregnant women.

Personal hygiene is naturally very important but the use of perfumed products should be avoided. Wearing clean, loose cotton clothes is best.
